Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 Tbsp of oil or melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat bran
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- Optional: walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix bananas, eggs, sour cream, and butter
- Sift and then add Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain Flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, xanthan gum, guten free oat bran, and sugar
- Mix on low speed for 30-60 seconds or until well blended
- If desired, stir in nuts
- Bake at 350 degrees in mini loaf pans for 15-20 minutes or standard loaf pan for 40-45 minutes
