German Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dairy free margarine or butter
- 3 cups Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 Tbsp white sugar
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk
Instructions
- Melt dairy free butter and pour into 2 9x13in baking pans
- In a separate large bowl, using a stand or hand mixer combine the SFM Pastry Flour, salt, xanthan gum, sugar, eggs, and rice milk
- Mix for at least 3-5 minutes. This will make the eggs fluffy.
- Divide batter evenly into the two 9x13 baking pans prepared with the melted butter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
