Gluten Free Vegan Maple Glazed Pumpkin Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 Box Sun Flour Mills Pumpkin Cake Mix
- 2 cups + 2 TBSP pumpkin puree
Glaze
- 1/4 cup butter/butter alternative
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin cake mix and pumpkin puree together on high speed for 1 minute.
- Transfer batter into a piping bag/ziploc bag.
- Grease donut pan and pipe batter into the donut wells.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 350 degee oven.
- Glaze or coat the outside, or just enjoy plain.
Glaze
- Melt the butter and maple syrup together in a small sauce pan.
- Once fully melted take off heat and add the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
- Dip your donuts and enjoy!
