Best Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever
Ingredients
Cream together in large bowl
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg of instant vanilla pudding
Instructions
Add
- 2 large eggs
- t tsp vanilla extract
Sift and Add
- 2 1/2 cups Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake
- 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes
