Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat bran
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vanilla rice milk or water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Sift together Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, oat bran, and brown sugar
- Add in eggs, rice milk or water, and canola oil
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes prior to baking
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
