Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 slices Sun Flour Mills Sandwich Bread
- 5 large eggs
- 2 cups vanilla rice milk or milk
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp dairy free margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions
- Cut the bread into 1-2 in squares.
- Place in a well greased 8in baking pan
- Drizzle with melted butter or margarine
- Sprinkle with cranberries or raisins
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, rice milk/milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon for 1-2min
- Pour over bread
- Press bread down until it soaks up the wet ingredients
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned and springy to the touch
