Cornbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup vanilla rice milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl mix SFM Pastry Flour, corn meal, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and sugar
  • Then add eggs, oil, and rice milk
  • Stir until well incorporated, but do not over stir
  • Transfer dough into a well-greased 8x8 in square baking pan
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Serve with honey butter if desired
