Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sun Flour Mills Pastry Flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup vanilla rice milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl mix SFM Pastry Flour, corn meal, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and sugar
- Then add eggs, oil, and rice milk
- Stir until well incorporated, but do not over stir
- Transfer dough into a well-greased 8x8 in square baking pan
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Serve with honey butter if desired
