Oatmeal Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cube butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 4 Tbsp nutella
- 1 Tbsp instant vanilla chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream together butter or margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar
- Add egg, nutella, vanilla chocolate pudding mix, and vanilla extract
- Sift and then add Sun Flour Mills Whole Grain Flour, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum
- Add gluten free oats, and chocolate chips
- Mix all until well blended
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes
