Sugar Cookie Popcorn
This recipe was an entry into Sun Flour Mills' Baking Contest.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sun Flour Mills Sugar Cookie Mix
- 8 cups popcorn lightly salted
- 16 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy coating
- ¼ cup sprinkles
Instructions
- SPREAD sugar cookie mix onto a parchment lined pan and lightly toast at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- PLACE popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- MELT white chocolate/vanilla according to package directions.
- STIR cookie mix into melted chocolate/vanilla.
- POUR over popcorn and stir until fully coated.
- SPREAD popcorn out on wax paper and add sprinkles on top.
- COOL completely and break up into smaller pieces.
