Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- *521 g or 18.4 oz Sugar Cookie mix 2 & 1/2 cups
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine Nucoa
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 2 eggs egg free- omit eggs & add 2 tsp egg replacement product dissolved in 1/3 cup water & 1/2 tsp vanilla
- *weight of mix is a preference over cup method
Instructions
Dough Directions
- Mix cookie mix, margarine/butter, shortening and eggs on high speed for 1 -2 minutes. Dough will be a bit crumbly.
Drop Cookies
- Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11-30 minutes
Cutout Cookies
- Roll dough out to the thickness desired between saran wrap.
- Use cookie cutters and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11-30 minutes
